Synopsis

Near midnight, Tomoko stays up studying for her test the next morning. She ends up procrastinating repeatedly no matter how hard she tries. When she looks up a kanji she catches herself searching guides for a game; when she turns on the television for background noise she catches herself becoming engrossed with the latest craze for girls: pole dancing; and when she searches for an answer on the internet, she finds herself watching pole dancing videos.

The next day, she takes her math and modern literature tests. She emerges bleary eyed but resolved to studying for the rest of the night, only to find herself holding onto a pole in the exercise yard.
