Synopsis

Rule

Tomoko asks Yū if they can stop at the convenience store after school. She initially states that "there's some stuff I need to buy," but confesses that she just reads some manga magazines there so she does not have to buy them. She claims it is her "rule" to buy a ¥100 (≅$1.00) juice box. Kotomi inwardly concludes that Tomoko is "scum."

Lost Property

At the convenience store they find a wallet with ¥100,000 (≅$1,000) inside it. Kotomi is shocked that Tomoko simply "fishes around" in the wallet.

Anti-Crime Measures

Kotomi suspects that Tomoko will keep the money. Tomoko looks around and sees a number of security cameras and decides they should turn it in to the cash register.

Owner

As they look in a refrigerator, they hear the owner ask if anyone turned in his wallet. The cashier points the three of them out. They notice the owner is clearly an expensively and lavishly dressed yakuza. He gives them ¥1,000 while Tomoko inwardly notes that not stealing his wallet proved the good choice.

Shortly after the scary-looking owner of the wallet comes and finds out that the girls returned his wallet. He pays them a bit, with Tomoko feeling happy that they turned it in and didn't bump into him on the way out.
